Falcon Relay Makes 10 Second Time Drop at MAC Championships

OXFORD, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University swimming and diving team started competition today at MAC Championships.
While the Falcons' first race did not go as planned, they performed at their best in the second and final race of the night. The Falcons may have finished eighth in the 800 Freestyle Relay, but they made a marketable improvement on their seed time. Going into the event the orange and brown were seeded with a time of 7:41.95 and finished with a time of 7:31.20. This was over a 10 second drop in the event.

"Tonight wasn't the start we wanted, but overall we swam better than we had earlier in the season. We had a lot of fast splits today and I am looking forward to tomorrow.
