Loeffler Adds Two More Additions to the Bowling Green Roster for 2023

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green football program has added two additional transfers, according to head football coach Scot Loeffler. Defensive lineman Bam Booker (Maryland) and Hunter Deyo (Iowa State) have signed letters of acceptance to BGSU.
Booker (Cincinnati, Ohio) comes to BGSU after spending the 2022 season at Maryland where he redshirted his lone season in College Park. The Winton Woods High School graduate was the Cincinnati DII Player of the Year while helping the Warriors to a 40-8 record during his four-year career.
Deyo (Council Bluffs, Iowa) spent the 2022 season at Iowa State where he redshirted. The former four-star recruit led Lewis Center High School to an 11-2 record in 2021 and a state championship. Deyo was a three-time first team all-state selection by the IPSWA and Des Moines Register during his time at Lewis Center.
