Simon, Carr To Join Todd Walker For Monday Night Coaches Show

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly "Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Jan. 15) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations. Bowling Green head men's basketball coach Todd Simon will join the show first at 6 p.m. via a pre-recorded segment due to men's basketball traveling. For the second half, assistant ice hockey coach Curtis Carr will join the "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker beginning at 6:30 p.m. Fans can watch the show live at the Bowling Green Fricker's.

The men's basketball team has won 10 of their last 11 contests, improving to 12-4 on the season and 3-1 within the Mid-American Conference. Rashaun Agee was also named the MAC Co-Player of the Week following a 24-point game against Northern Illinois and a double-double against Ohio. The Falcons will take on Miami (OH) on Tuesday (Jan. 16) before returning home to the Stroh Center on Saturday (Jan. 20) against Western Michigan for the Bill Frack Game.
The BGSU hockey program is coming off an off weekend and will be taking on a conference opponent for the first time in over a month with their last CCHA game being played on Dec. 15. The Orange and Brown will be hosting Minnesota State for a weekend series at Slater Family Ice Arena with both games scheduled for 7:07 p.m puck drops on Jan. 19 and 20. Friday will be Faculty and Staff Night while Saturday will be Pro Wrestling Night and the annual Teddy Bear Toss.
