Packed Coaches Show Schedule To Feature Simon, Chmiel, Hallock Monday Night

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Jan. 29) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations. Bowling Green head men's basketball coach Todd Simon will begin the show at 6 p.m. with a pre-recorded segment due to men's basketball travel. The show will shift to in-person with head women's basketball coach Fred Chmiel joining the "Voice of the Falcons" Todd Walker starting at about 6:20 p.m. The night's third guest will be head baseball coach Kyle Hallock at approximately 6:40 p.m. for the last segment of the show. Fans can watch the show live at the Bowling Green Fricker's.

The men's basketball team enters the week tied for fourth in the Mid-American Conference standings with two more contests ahead this week. The Falcons will begin on the road against Ball State on Tuesday (Jan. 30) before returning home to the Stroh Center on Saturday (Feb. 3) against Central Michigan at 5 p.m. to begin the month of February.
Like the men's team, the women's basketball team enters the week tied for fourth in the Mid-American Conference standings as well. BGSU is set for a midweek home matchup with Northern Illinois on Wednesday (Jan. 31) for a 7 p.m. tip. The Orange and Brown will then travel north for the Battle of I-75 on Saturday (Feb. 3) in a 2 p.m. start.
The baseball team is closing in on the start of the 2024 campaign, just 18 days away. The Falcons will begin their season with three straight weekends in the state of Tennessee, first facing Middle Tennessee State (Feb. 16-18). BGSU Baseball just hosted their inaugural First Pitch Dinner on Saturday (Jan. 27) with Orel Hershiser as the keynote speaker.
