Hudak, Johnson Named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. – The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) has released its list of 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars. BGSU's Evan Johnson and Darin Hudak have each earned All-America Scholar honors for their outstanding athletic and academic performances in the 2024-25 season.
To be eligible for these accolades in NCAA Division I, a player must be a sophomore, junior, or senior, maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.2 or better, compete in over half of their teams competitive rounds for the season, and have a stroke average of 76.0 or lower. Hudak finished the season with a 73.3 scoring average with 32 rounds played on the season, while maintained a 73.8 scoring average in the same number of rounds.
In addition to being named All-America Scholars, both Johnson and Hudak also earned Academic All-MAC accolades. This year also marks the third year that Hudak has earned this honor, wrapping up a stellar academic and athletic career in the Orange and Brown.
