BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University Tennis team fought hard but ultimately lost 5-2 against the Northern Illinois Huskies in Dekalb, Illinois.

Qianyu Liu and Leticia Fonseca earned points for the Falcons in the match,

DOUBLES

The Huskies took the doubles point to begin the match.
Nataly Miroslavova Ninova and Therodora Kousiou def. Tia Clemens and Qianyu Liu 6-3.
Isabella Righi and Lucia Yecora def. Kiera Taylor and Libby Blair 6-2.
The team of Leticia Fonseca and Konstantina Adamopoulou finished in a DNF against Irmak Budka and Jenna Horne all even at 3-3.

SINGLES

The Falcons grabbed two singles victories in the match against the Huskies.
Irmak Budka def. Tia Clemens 7-5, 2-6, 6-2.
Qianyu Liu def. Therodora Kousiou 4-6,6-2, 6-1.
Lucia Yecora def. Kiera Taylor 6-3, 6-2.
