BGSU Tennis Welcomes Richardlyne Francois To The Falcon Family

Richardlyne Francois becomes the newest member of the BGSU Tennis Program and first new Falcon under new head coach Autumn Williams.

BOWLING GREEN, OH - The Bowling Green State University Tennis team welcomes Richardlyne Francois to the 2026-2027 roster. Francois is the first Falcon to be welcomed under the new head coach, Autumn Williams.

Francois makes her next stop at BGSU as a transfer from Western Illinois University, where she spent her first two seasons. Francois will spend her junior season as a Falcon, representing her home country of Haiti.

"I chose Bowling Green State University because it felt like the right fit for me both academically and athletically," said Francois, "After a lot of prayer and reflection, I felt a sense of peace when I visited campus and can truly see myself growing there."

Francois will major in criminal justice, with a career goal of becoming a lawyer.

"I'm very happy to have Richie join our team," Said head coach Autumn Williams. "She's a great player, with a great personality. She's a great fit and ready to fight for the team."
