BGSU Athletics Announces BGSU Dining By Chartwells As Concession Provider

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Chartwells, an industry leader in contract food service management, will now serve as the official food and beverage team across Bowling Green athletic venues. Beginning with the 2026-27 athletic seasons, BGSU Dining by Chartwells will work to elevate the game day food and beverage experience for fans inside Doyt Perry Stadium, the Stroh Center, Slater Family Ice Arena and all on-campus athletic venues. BGSU Dining by Chartwells will also work in collaboration with Bowling Green athletics to create promotions and food selections options to enhance the fan experience and student experience at BGSU sporting events.

"We are excited to welcome BGSU Dining by Chartwells — a nationally recognized leader in food service and established partner at BGSU — as our new concessions provider. We are working closely with BGSU Dining by Chartwells to bring new flavor and enhanced services to the BGSU game day experience at all venues, and we look forward to introducing our fans to these updates this year."

Chartwells has been a leading force in reimagining on-campus dining across the country. The organization currently works with 350 campuses around the country and focuses on personalized and memorable experiences for guests. Last summer, Chartwells earned 25 awards from 14 dining programs from the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) across three categories, becoming the most recognized food service provider by NACUFS in 2025.

A long-time partner of Bowling Green State University's campus through BGSU Dining, this new partnership expands Chartwells' established relationship with BGSU to the athletic side of campus.
