Falcon Men’s and Women’s Soccer Announces 2026 Promotional Schedules

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University men's and women's soccer programs unveiled their promotional schedules for the 2026 season. Both teams host a full slate of home matches at the Cochrane Stadium, each carrying its own theme for fans to enjoy on top of the on-field action. Men's Soccer
Aug. 20 vs. Wright State, 7 p.m. – Back to School Bash
The Falcons kick off their home slate by welcoming students back to campus with a celebration built for the start of the fall semester.
Aug. 31 vs. Wake Forest, 6 p.m. – Orange Wave
Bowling Green calls on fans to pack the stands in orange, turning Cochrane into a sea of school color for a marquee nonconference matchup.
Sept. 11 vs. DePaul, 7 p.m. – First Responders Night
The Falcons will honor the local police, fire and EMS personnel who serve the Bowling Green community.
Sept. 25 vs. Western Michigan, 7 p.m. – Alumni Weekend
Former Falcons are invited back to the Soccer Field as Bowling Green welcomes alumni home for a weekend of reunion and celebration.
Oct. 25 vs. Belmont, 3 p.m. – Senior Day
The Falcons will celebrate their senior class before kickoff, honoring their contributions to the program.
Oct. 28 vs. Wilmington College, 7 p.m. – Bud Lewis Game
Bowling Green closes its home schedule with a match honoring the legacy of Bud Lewis and his impact on Falcon soccer.
Women's Soccer
Aug. 30 vs. Michigan – Traditions Night
The Falcons open their home promotional slate by celebrating what makes Bowling Green soccer special, honoring the traditions that have built the program across the years.
Sept. 10 vs. Detroit Mercy – Senior Night
Bowling Green will honor its senior class before kickoff, recognizing the players who have given their time and talent to the Orange and Brown.
Oct. 1 vs. UMass – Kick It for Cancer
The Falcons will rally around the fight against cancer, with in-game efforts dedicated to supporting those affected by the disease and raising awareness within the community.
Oct. 15 vs. Toledo – First Responders Night
Bowling Green will recognize local first responders who serve and protect the community, welcoming police, fire and EMS personnel to the Soccer Field.
Oct. 24 vs. Buffalo – Falcon Fan Fest Day
The regular-season home finale will double as a celebration of Falcon fans, with activities and giveaways for supporters of all ages.
