Falcons to Compete in Redhawk Intercollegiate

PITTSBURGH, Penn. - The BGSU men's golf team will continue their 2026-27 campaign as they head to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to compete in the Redhawk Intercollegiate. The tournament will be hosted by Miami University (OH), from Sept. 14-15.

The Falcons most recently competed at the Virtues Intercollegiate and finished tied for fifth with an even team score. Senior Angelo Luciani led the way for Bowling Green, shooting three-under for 11th place individually. Andrew Lee started his third season for the Falcons strong posting a career low of two-under, his first under par tournament total in the Orange and Brown. Falcon Freshman Jack Gibbs turned in a score of eight-over in his first collegiate tournament.

TOURNAMENT INFO
The Redhawk Intercollegiate will take place at Pittsburgh Field Club, a par 71 totaling 6,827 yards. The 54-hole tournament will commence on Monday Sept. 14 with rounds one and two to begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET as well as Tuesday's final round slated for another shotgun start at 9 a.m. ET.

THE FIELD
The teams competing over the two-day tournament include Richmond, VCU, Dayton, Ball State, Oakland, Loyola-Maryland, Cleveland State, Robert Morris, Bowling Green, Butler, and host Miami (OH).

LSU and Notre Dame will be sending individual competitors, and as a result will not be scored on the team leaderboard.
