The Falcons Nest Coaches Show Returns Monday Night With Football, Hockey, Tennis

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The weekly Falcons Nest Coaches Show presented by Fricker's, returns Monday night (Sept. 28) on Falcon Sports Radio Network stations with a trio of guests. The show will begin at 6 p.m. with Mike and Jan Wilcox Head Football Coach Eddie George joining the Voice of the Falcons, Todd Walker. Walker will then be joined by director of hockey operations Dustin Carlson around 6:30 p.m. followed by head tennis coach Autumn Williams around 6:45 p.m. All three interviews will be in-person at the Bowling Green Fricker's.
This year's show will be hosted in a special room at Fricker's with a maximum capacity of 55. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure an enjoyable and timely experience for all fans, there will not be autograph opportunities — but this creates a more interactive, conversational atmosphere to connect with BGSU coaches and fans.

The BGSU football team will begin MAC play this week, traveling to Oxford, Ohio to take on the Miami (OH) RedHawks. The game will mark the lone road trip in a stretch of three out of four games at home. BGSU is coming off hosting South Florida for Homecoming and will return to the Doyt to host Sacramento State on Oct. 10 and Ball State on Oct. 17.
The BG Falcon Hockey team returns to the ice this week to begin the 2026-27 season. The Falcons will start the year off with a bang, playing a home-and-home with No. 2-ranked Michigan. The Falcons and Wolverines will play in Ann Arbor on Friday (Oct. 2) before shifting the series to a sold out Slater Family Ice Arena on Saturday (Oct. 3).
As for tennis, the Falcons started their season this past weekend at the Eastern Michigan Hidden Duals with all seven student-athletes picking up at least one singles win over the weekend. BGSU now turns to the Toledo Hidden Dual this weekend, beginning on Friday (Oct. 2) and concluding on Saturday (Oct. 3).
