A BGSU team co-captain ... earned a pair of awards at the team's banquet ... picked up the team's Leslie Dawley "Fighting Falcon" Award, given to the player whose behavior most accurately reflects the program's philosophy, 'Today I gave all that I have, for everything I left behind is gone forever' ... also earned the team's "Hustle" award for the fourth consecutive season ... the award was renamed the Katie Stephenson "Hustle" Award ... named to the Academic All-MAC First Team ... she and fellow senior co-captain Alicia Almond, became the first players to earn academic all-conference honors three times ... one of five BGSU players to start every match ... was second on the team with 1851 minutes played ... also was second on the Falcons in goals, with four ... tied for second in points, with 11 in her senior season ... had goals against Xavier (Aug. 29), Cleveland State (Sept. 12), Eastern Michigan (Oct. 1) and Miami (Oct. 28) ... had a three-point game vs. CSU, assisting on Sarah VonderBrink's late winner ... also had a three-point outing at EMU, with an assist on the Falcons' final goal of the day ... other assist came against Akron (Oct. 15).
2009
Named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team for the second consecutive season ... earned third-team honors ... also was named to the Academic All-MAC Team, for the second consecutive year ... and, earned the team's Leah Eggleson 'Hustle' award, for the third time in as many seasons ... played in all 20 matches, making 12 starts ... had three points on a goal and an assist ... the goal came in the win at Detroit (Sept. 4) ... assisted on Keely Chandler's winner in the Youngstown State match (Sept. 13) ... started the first four games of the year as well as the last eight contests of the season ... played all 110 minutes in double-OT ties vs. Ohio (Oct. 9) and Kent State (Oct. 16), and played all 90 minutes in three other matches ... in her career, has played in 63 of BGSU's 64 games since arriving on campus, making 32 starts ... has 16 points on five goals and six assists.
2008
Named to 2008 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Second Team ... also earned the Leah Eggleton 'Hustle' award for the second-straight season ... named the MAC's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Week on Sept. 25 ... played in all 22 games, starting 19 ... despite playing at a defender spot for much of the time, tied for fifth on the team in scoring ... had eight points in three goals and two assists ... helped the Falcon defense shatter the school record with 14 shutouts, including five in a row and nine in a 10-game span ... scored the GWG in 1-0 win at Western Michigan (Sept. 28) ... also had goals vs. Marshall (Sept. 14) and Xavier (Sept. 21) ... picked up the primary assist on OT winner vs. Ball State (Oct. 10) ... other assist came on GWG vs. Detroit (Sept. 19) ... earned her MAC S-A-O-W award after getting that assist vs. UDM, then scoring vs. XU.
2007
Earned the team's Leah Eggleton 'Hustle' award ... the award is given to the player who shows a consistent enthusiasm for the game and a tremendous work ethic, both at practice and during games ... played in 21 matches, making one start ... tied for sixth on the team in scoring ... had five points on a goal and three assists ... showed a flair for the dramatic, as she was involved in the scoring in each of the Falcons[apos] first two overtime wins of the season ... scored her first collegiate goal, a 'Golden Goal,' in win at Miami (Oct. 21) ... then, picked up the assist on Corbie Yee's OT winner vs. Ohio (Oct. 26), with a pass that split two defenders and found an open Yee for a breakaway ... had an assist on another Yee goal, in the second half of the MAC Tournament's championship match vs. Toledo (Nov. 11) ... other assist on the season came at Kent State (Oct. 12) ... lone start came in the Purdue match (Sept. 16) ... scored a goal in the Falcons' exhibition game vs. Morehead State.

A four-year letterwinner at Lexington ('07) under coaches Allison Mumaw and Bob Juengst ... started all four years ... a three-time selection to the All-Ohio Cardinal Conference first team ... also named to the All-Northwest District first team three times ... team won a pair of OCC championships and was the district runner-up in 2003 ...
