2012-13 (Junior): Did not play due to injury.
2011-12 (sophomore): Played in 42 games for the Orange and Brown…led the team with 48 blocked shots…scored one goal and seven assists, tied for third among defenseman with eight points…finished the year with 15 penalties committed for 30 PIMs…finished the year with a minus -5 on-ice rating…earned his first point of the season with an assist against Connecticut, blocking two shots in the game…blocked three shots against Lake Superior State in a 4-1 loss on the road…blocked three shots and was a plus -1 against Notre Dame at home…earned his second assists of the season in a 4-1 against Canisius…collected an assist and blocked two shots against Western Michigan…blocked two shots and was plus -1 with an assist in a 3-2 Falcon win against Notre Dame on the road…collected an assist and was plus -1 in the Falcons 3-2 overtime victory against Ferris State in the CCHA Playoffs…scored his first goal of the season in game two of the FSU series, finishing with a blocked shot and a plus -2 on ice rating…blocked three shots against Michigan in the CCHA Semifinals.
2010-2011 (freshman): Played in 33 games…recorded his first career point with an assist against Alabama-Huntsville (Oct. 23)…scored his first career goal while on the power play against UAH (Nov. 26) in the Toyota UConn Classic…had points in consecutive games on three different occasions…had an even or better on-ice rating in 21 of 33 games…finished the year with a (-5) on-ice rating…blocked 32 shots…committed seven penalties for 14 minutes.
Prior to BGSU: In three years of junior hockey, he amassed 137 games played…in 2009-10 he played 58 games with the Owatonna Express (NAHL) and scored 31 points (6g, 25a)…in 2008-09 he played 50 games with the Express posting seven goals and 15 assists (22 points)…in two seasons with the Express he collected 179 penalty minutes (88 mins. in 2008-09, 91 in 2009-10)…was a participant in the 2009-10 NAHL All-Star Top Prospect game…spent a season with the Omaha Lancers (USHL) in 2007-08 where he scored a goal and two assists in 29 games…that season his team won the Anderson Cup and Clark Cup…won two Colorado state hockey championships in 2005 and 2007…was part of the state runner-up team in 2006…elected team captain in 2006 and 2007.
