2012-13 (Junior): Played in 37 games for Bowling Green…set career highs with three goals and eight points on the season…added five assists to tie a previous career best…led all centermen in face off winning percentage, winning .574 percent of his draws…blocked 28 shots on the season…finished the year with an even on-ice rating…recorded his first point of the season with an assist in the Falcons’ 3-1 win at Colgate (10/19/12), while also blocking three shots...scored the game tying goal in a 2-2 draw against WMU (11/10/12)...added an assist in the Falcons’ 7-3 win over LSSU (2/2/13)...recorded an assist against NMU (2/22/13), followed by a two-point night (1G & 1A) in a 5-3 Falcon win (2/23/13)...scored a goal against Notre Dame (3/2/13).
2011-12 (Sophomore): Played in 43 games for the Orange and Brown…winner of the Jack Gregory Award (Scholar Athlete) award...scored one goal and added five assists for six points…led the team in face-off winning percentage, coming away victorious in over 58 percent of his draws…led all forwards with 32 blocked shots…committed six penalties for 12 PIMs…earned his first goal of the season in a 3-0 win over Alabama-Huntsville, finishing with a plus-1 on-ice rating…recorded two assists in a 3-3 tie with Western Michigan, also blocked a shot and finished plus -2…blocked two shots the following night against the Broncos, recording an assist for points in back-to-back games…finished plus -2 with two blocked shots in the Falcons’ shootout win against Ohio State…blocked three shots and added an assist in a 2-1 against Western Michigan, finished with a plus -1 rating…recorded an assist against Michigan in the CCHA Semifinals.
2010-11 (Freshman): Played in 39 games for the Falcons during his first year with the program…scored the first goal of his collegiate career with a (+2) mark in a 5-4 win against University of Alabama-Huntsville (Oct. 22)…recorded his first career assist against Notre Dame (Nov. 6)…scored Bowling Green’s only goal in a 1-3 loss to Miami (Jan. 15)…tallied an assist and a block shot against Lake Superior State (Jan. 28)…finished the season with two goals and two assists…recorded 20 blocked shots on the year…committed 12 penalties for 27 minutes.
Prior to BGSU: Spent two seasons with the Surrey Eagles(BCHL)…had a standout year in his second season with the team scoring 23 goals, 38 assists and 61 points -- all team-highs…11 of his 23 goals were scored on the power play and tied for a team lead in that category…five of his goals were game-winning scores…in 60 games played during the 2008-09 season he scored eight goals and 38 assists (46 points)…in 15 combined post-season games between 2008 and 2010 he scored one goal and had ten helpers for a total of 11 points…was named team Rookie of the Year in 2009 and MVP in 2010.
