Falcon Catering by AVI Food Systems is the exclusive caterer for the Stroh Center. Â Clients have the option of choosing from a list of menu options or customizing a menu for the event. Â Falcon Catering is a dedicated and experienced staff that will assist you in building a menu for all tastes to fit your budget. Â To start planning your menu contact Rob Vita at 419-372-7102.
