Stroh Center Policies and Procedures
Creating a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees is a high priority at the Stroh Center. It is our responsibility to make sure the people who spend time at this facility are safe and secure. We will take the necessary measures to provide an environment where our guests can have a good time without concern.
Permissible Items
ADDITIONAL POLICIES Banners/Signs Banners and signs may not be hung anywhere inside the venue unless authorized by the Stroh Center. Unauthorized signs or banners must be removed and can be returned to your vehicle. Camera Policy Guests are permitted to bring personal cameras to The Stroh Center for athletic events. For all other events, the camera policy is determined on an event-by-event basis by tour management. For up-to-date information on the camera policy for the specific event you are attending, please contact the Stroh Center at 419-372-2255. Re-Entry The Stroh Center has a no re-entry policy. Once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return. Service Animals Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests are welcome inside The Stroh Center. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Smoking Policy The Stroh Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Designated smoking areas are located outside the venue. Solicitation/Vending The Stroh Center does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises. This includes areas inside the Stroh as well as outside areas adjacent to the Stroh. Ticket Policy A valid ticket for the event is required for admittance to the Stroh Center unless otherwise indicated. Children two years or older must have a ticket for admittance unless otherwise stated. Children under two must sit on a parent's lap. Re-Selling Tickets Re-selling tickets or "scalping" is not permitted on Bowling Green State University Campus. Violations will be handled at the discretion of BGSU staff and include sanctions up to and including ejection from facilities and restrictions for future attendance at athletic events. Lost and Found Lost and found items are turned into Guest Services / Marketing Kiosk, located behind section 110 during and after the event. Please go to the Stroh Center Box office for lost and found on non-event days. Disabled Seating & Accessibility Accessible seating is limited. A request for accessible seating does not guarantee an accessible seat, but we will try to accommodate your requests as best possible. We reserve the right to limit the number of companion seats. The number of canine companions may not exceed the number of accessible seats purchased. You are bound by the ticket purchase limitations as other ticket purchasers. We reserve the right to address fraudulent purchases or requests for accessible seats to the extent provided by law. ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation which may result in relocation or revocation of tickets, ejection or forfeiture of payment on your seats. Guests who require wheelchair seating must provide their own wheelchair. General Admission Seating/Student Overflow Seating General Admission seating at the Stroh Center is on a first come, first serve basis. General Admission seats are located in Sections 106-112. Student seating is located in Sections 118-120 and 101. If student sections become full, student overflow seating will then be moved to the General Admission sections of the Stroh Center. |
