Allowing Hard Tickets to be Printed
If it is unreasonable to assume that the season ticket holder can take advantage of mobile and print at home tickets without difficulties and hardships (does not own a mobile device and it is not reasonable to assume they can print their tickets from a computer), the BGSU Ticket Office will address circumstances on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the BGSU Ticket Office print hard tickets for that specific season ticket holder.
Disabled Seating & Accessibility
Accessible seating is limited. A request for accessible seating does not guarantee an accessible seat, but we will try to accommodate your requests as best possible. We reserve the right to limit the number of companion seats. The number of canine companions may not exceed the number of accessible seats purchased. You are bound by the ticket purchase limitations as other ticket purchasers.
We reserve the right to address fraudulent purchases or requests for accessible seats to the extent provided by law. ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation which may result in relocation or revocation of tickets, ejection or forfeiture of payment on your seats.
Guests who require wheelchair seating must provide their own wheelchair.
