- In her freshman year, the team capped a 28-2 season with the OHSAA Division I crown
- The Tigers again posted a 28-2 mark in her sophomore campaign, going 10-0 in the OCC-Ohio Division and returning to the state title game
- Earned All-Central District Division I honorable mention as a junior, as the Tigers went 22-6 and advanced to the regional final

- Daughter of Jermaine and Jenice Tate
- A finance major at BGSU
- Father played basketball at Ohio State and Cincinnati, and professionally with numerous teams including the Harlem Globetrotters
- Has two older brothers, Jae'Sean and Jalen, and an older sister, Jada
- Jae'Sean played at Ohio State and currently (2022-23) plays for the NBA's Houston Rockets
- Jalen played collegiately at Northern Kentucky and Arkansas, and currently (2022-23) plays professionally with KB Peja in Kosovo
- Jada was on the women's basketball team at Tiffin Univ. in 2022-23
- Played AAU ball for several teams including West Virginia Thunder, Ohio Elite and All Ohio
