Roach arrived to Bowling Green following one season as a graduate assistant at Florida State University, a season that saw the Seminoles advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
A graduate from the University of South Carolina, Roach served a student manager for the Gamecocks’ men’s basketball team for four years while earning a degree in Sport Management. Roach served as the team’s head manager for his last two years with the program and was part of the team’s Final Four run during the 2016-17 season.
Over the last six years Roach has worked on the court with players including: Sindarius Thornwell, PJ Dozier, Chris Silva, Hassani Gravett, AJ Lawson, Scottie Barnes, Balsa Koprivica, RaiQuan Gray, Dwayne Bacon, Devonte' Graham, PJ Washington, Miles Bridges, Brian Bowen.
