Following the 2024-25 season, Srulovich was one of 75 coaches selected for the Silver Waves Media Future Head Coach Power Lunch. The most prestigious lunch in college basketball held during the Final Four, the 2024 event featured 10 attendees who were named to Division I head coaching jobs following the 2023-24 season.
The 2024-25 campaign finished for the Falcons with a record of 14-18 while going 8-10 within the Mid-American Conference. Bowling Green made the MAC Quarterfinals as the No. 8 seed, falling to Akron in the first round. At the conclusion of the season, Javontae Campbell was named All-MAC Third Team and MAC All-Defensive Team after breaking the program record for steals in a season with 90, finishing fourth in the nation. Jamai Felt also was named to the MAC All-Freshman Team after leading the conference in blocks with 46. Additionally, Marcus Johnson broke the program record for free throw percentage in a season, shooting 89.9-percent from the line.
In his first season with the Falcons, Coach Srulovich aided in orchestrating one of the quickest turnarounds in program history. In the staff's first season, the Falcons tallied 20 wins for just the 10th time in the program's MAC era, becoming one of 10 teams in the nation to go from 20 losses in 2022-23 to 20 wins in 2023-24. The season saw Bowling Green advance to the MAC Semifinals and make an appearance in the CIT. Additionally, Marcus Hill was named All-MAC First Team and Rashaun Agee earned All-MAC Second Team. Hill earned four MAC Player of the Week recognitions and Agee was awarded once.
Srulovich joined BGSU in 2023-24 after spending the last three seasons at Southern Utah, the last two as the director of basketball operations after serving one season as a special assistant. Srulovich was part of all three of Southern Utah's 20-win seasons during the Coach Simon Era and the 2020-21 Big Sky Regular Season Championship, the first ever in program history.
Before joining Simon in Cedar City, Srulovich was an assistant coach at the College of Central Florida in 2019-20, serving as the team's offensive coordinator. During his one season with the Patriots, the team won the conference championship behind a 25-7 record. Srulovich also served as an assistant coach for Hapoel Jerusalem from 2017-19, coaching in the Israeli League, EuroCup and Champions League. He has also been an Analytics Coordinator for the Golden State Warriors and was a part of their 2015 NBA Championship. Srulovich added additional NBA experience with the NBA Summer League as an intern for four seasons and a video intern with the Sacramento Kings. Srulovich also served as the head coach for GBA Sparta Prague in the Czech Republic's Second Division, helping guide them to a playoff run. Srulovich got his start as an assistant video coordinator at the University of San Francisco.
