Played in 30 games and started in 21... averaged 8.6 points and 3.3 rebounds... shot 52.7 from the field... scored in double figures 11 times ... had 21 dunks ... scored six points and grabbed a team-high eight rebounds in the MAC tourney loss to Miami (3/5) ... had a career-high 12 rebounds in the win over Marshall (2/26) ... had his best scoring game since Dec. 11, with 15 points against Eastern Michigan ... had 10 rebounds in the win over Miami (2/12) ... scored in double figures for the first time in eight games, with 10 points against Buffalo (2/9) ... had a career-high 23 points in the win over Oakland to go along with seven assists ... was 10-of-14 from the field in that game ... had 17 points against Cleveland State ... hit 7-of-8 shots from the field, missing only a three-pointer ... 16 points vs. Illinois State ... had 17 points vs. Arkansas-Little Rock to go along with four assists ... started both games in Hawaii, playing a total of 40 minutes... and scoring 10 points.

Played in 18 games and started once... became eligible at the semester break (Dec. 19) after sitting out one year after transferring from Ohio State... did not play in the first game he was eligible for (Wisconsin-Green Bay) because of a hand injury... had by far his best game against Western Michigan, his first contest at BG... scored season high 15 points, one of two efforts in double figures, logging a season-best 30 minutes, one-sixth of total of the season... also had five rebounds and two assists in that contest... had seven more games the rest of the season in which he played 10 or more minutes... made only start against Urbana
As a freshman at Ohio State in 1996-97
Played the 1996-97 season for Coach Randy Ayers... played in 14 games, all off the bench, with a 16-minute stint against Illinois on March 5 his season high... also had his season high of 16 points in that game hitting three-of-four from the field, including both three-point attempts and four-of-five free tosses... that was his only game scoring in double figures... also had his season high of six rebounds in the game... played 10 or more minutes in six games... played in 10 Big Ten contests.
High School
A 1996 graduate of Franklin High School... played for his father, Trent Sr., in high school earning four letters while starting for three of those seasons... averaged 18.1 points and 10.4 rebounds as a senior helping the program to a 26-1 record losing in the state Class BB championship game... the team averaged 85 points a game and topped the century mark on 10 occasions... he also averaged five steals, 7.6 assists, and three blocked shots per outing... was the City Catholic League MVP his senior year and the Player of the Year in section 5... were the #1 team in Class BB most of the season... helped team to a 21-4 record as a junior averaging 16.5 points, 14.0 rebounds, five assists and four steals and blocks... they were ranked as high as #4 in the state and took the league title before losing in the sectional final of the state tournament... averaged 7.4 points and seven assists as a sophomore as the team compiled a 20-4 record sharing the league title... was twice a member of the all-academic team... also lettered in football (quarterback) and baseball (pitcher/shortstop).

Son of Trent Sr. and Pam Jackson... born June 22, 1978... an adaptive physical education major... his father played wide receiver at Illinois and was a member of the 1964 U.S. Olympic track & field team... his father later played in the NFL for Philadelphia and Washington.
