2008-09: Played 19 of the final 20 games beginning with the Clarkson series before the holiday break after playing in eight of the first 18 contests...was even or better in 20 of the 27 games he played in with a best of +1 in three games...had seven blocked shots... was nominated for the Hockey Humanitarian Award and the CCHA’s Illitch Award after going on a mission to Haiti in the summer of 2008 to work with the children in an orphanage in the city of Port au Paix.
2007-08: Dressed in eight games, finishing the season with a minus-3 rating...finished with a plus or even rating in six of eight games...also had two penalties and 15 penalty minutes on the year...had seven shots on net for the season and three recorded blocked shots.
2006-07: Played in seven games, finishing the year with a mius-2 rating...was plus-1 in a 6-4 in Alaska...also had two penalties and four penalty minutes on the year...played in his first career game on Nov. 4, 2006 in a 4-2 win over LSSU.
Pre-College: Posted 28 points (7g, 21a) in 57 games for the Bozeman Ice Dogs this past season...was the team captain of the Ice Dogs in 2005-06, the year they won the Bourne Cup Championship.
Personal: Full name - Brian Timothy Moore...was born on January 28, 1985...has two sisters, Kim and Kelly...is the son of Sue and Tim Moore...is majoring in business pre-law...also lettered in football for three years, where he played fullback and was an all-state member his junior year...his second cousin Jeff Zgonina currently is a defensive lineman for the Miami Dolphins and played for the St. Louis Rams in 1999 when they won the Super Bowl.
