2010-2011 (junior): Played in a career-high 40 games…played in 18 games as a forward to begin the season until he was switched to defense…played his first game on the D-core versus Ohio State (Dec. 10)…scored 12 points (6g, 6a) including two goals on the power play…both power-play goals were scored in consecutive games against Lake Superior (Dec. 4) and Ohio State (Dec. 10)…had a 2-3-5 line after making the switch to defense, including the game-winning goal against LSSU (Jan. 29)…had a multi-point game against Notre Dame (Nov. 6) with a goal and an assist…scored one point in four consecutive games from Dec. 4 to Dec. 29…committed 15 penalties for 30 minutes…had an on-ice rating of even or better in 23 games and finished the year at (-14)…blocked 26 shots.
2009-10 (sophomore): In 21 games with the Falcons, he spent time as both a forward and a defenseman and scored four points (1g, 3a)…was credited with an assist in a 3-3 tie with Nebraska-Omaha (Dec. 30)…registered his first multi-point game of his career against Western Michigan (Jan. 23) with a power-play goal and an assist against the Broncos in the Falcons’ 3-2 victory…finished the year with a (-5) on-ice rating and committed nine penalties for 29 minutes in the penalty box…blocked 12 shots on the year.
2008-09 (freshman): Played in 34 games and scored two points, both by assist…those assists were scored in back-to-back games versus Michigan State (Feb. 21) in a 4-0 win and Western Michigan (Feb. 27)…finished with a (-18) on-ice rating…spent 32 minutes in the penalty box on 16 infractions…had 19 games with an even or better plus/minus ratio and eight straight games from Nov. 14 to Dec. 20 with an even mark.
Prior to BGSU: Played for the Stouffville Spirit for three seasons...ranked third on the team with 64 points (28g, 36a) in 44 games during the 2007-08 season where he helped the Spirit to a 31-13-5 record...also had 94 minutes in penalties, 10 power-play goals, three short-handed goals and two game-winners in 2007-08...had 15 points (10g, 5a) in 15 playoff games in 2007-08, including seven power-play goals and three game-winners...had 114 career points (50g, 64a) in his three-year career with the Spirit in 136 games…had 33 points (18g, 15a) in 59 career playoff games.
