- A native of Adelaide, Australia, and played for Sturt Sabres Basketball Club
- Was one of only two South Australians awarded a scholarship to the prestigious Basketball Australia's Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Canberra
- Played for the CoE in the in South Eastern Australian Basketball League, and also made the Australian Gems Squad ahead of the 2018 FIBA Under18 Asian Championships
- Additionally, represented South Australia at the Under 20's Australian National Junior Championships in Gosford, New South Wales, and played for the South Australia U20 team once again in Canberra in February of 2019
