Christian Triplett joined Bowling Green in April 2026 as the assistant equipment manager within Doyt Perry Stadium equipment operations.
Triplett is no stranger to BGSU athletics, having served as a student equipment manager from October 2021 through December 2024. He maintained and tracked inventory, prepared and distributed equipment for practices and games, and provided real-time solutions for gear needs during competition.
Prior to returning to Bowling Green in a full-time capacity, Triplett gained experience at the Power Five level as an equipment manager intern at the University of Michigan, supporting daily operations for 10 Olympic sports programs. During his time with the Wolverines, he utilized Teamworks for inventory management and collaborated with full-time staff and Nike representatives to address product needs and athlete gear requests.
Before his career in collegiate athletics, Triplett served in the United States Air Force as a member of the Security Forces, providing security for a nuclear weapons installation in Great Falls, Mont. His military service instilled a strong foundation in accountability, attention to detail and operational precision.
Triplett earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in sports management and a minor in marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2025, graduating cum laude.
