Dillon Horter joined the Falcons in July 2026 as an Assistant AD for Development, aiding in securing philanthropic gifts for the department.

Horter came to Bowling Green following over three years at the University of Toledo as the Associate Director of Development. With the Rockets, Horter assisted in the generation of $1.242 million in new philanthropic gift commitments as well as working closely with former student-athletes, alumni, fans and donors outside the Toledo area, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dayton, Indianapolis, Nashville, Atlanta and Kalamazoo.

Prior to his time with UT, Horter spent three years at Illinois State in various roles. He joined the Redbirds in June 2020 as the Director of Operations Graduate Assistant for the Track & Field and Cross Country programs. In June of 2021 he assumed the role of Development Graduate Assistant before being promoted to Special Assistant for Executive Operations and Development in March 2022. He was elevated to Director of Sales and Fan Development in June 2022.
