Jimmy Pelton joined Bowling Green in December of 2025. He comes to BGSU after spending three-and-a-half years at William & Mary. While at W&M he served as the assistant director of business operations, assisting with many of the financial aspects of the department such as the payment of invoices, budget tracking, credit card reconciliation, and more. He was also responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for the W&M teams.

Prior to William & Mary, Pelton graduated from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth with a bachelor's degree in business management and an MBA. While he was completing his studies, he sought out a role as an athletic administrative intern at UMass Dartmouth where he was exposed to all assets of collegiate athletics.

Outside of work, the Syracuse, N.Y., native enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his wife, Valerie, and their son, Francis.
