Katie Meschino received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from BGSU. Her research focuses on the development of body image and eating disturbances and the influence of sociocultural factors. Katie has experience working in settings including university training programs and private practice. She believes therapy begins with meeting clients where they are in their journey, and she strives to create an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and trusting to help individuals develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. Katie looks forward to joining the Student-Athlete Mental Health Services to support student-athletes in achieving their athletic and non-sports related goals.
