Nathan Hericks joined Bowling Green State University in April 2025 as an assistant equipment manager at Doyt Perry Stadium, where he worked directly with the Falcons football team. In February of 2026 he was elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Equipment Operations.
Before joining BGSU, Nathan served as director of equipment operations at Drake University. There, he managed day-to-day equipment operations for all 16 Division I varsity sports and oversaw equipment services for both the football and men’s basketball programs.
A native of Ohio, Nathan earned his bachelor of science in sport administration from the University of Cincinnati in 2020. He is also a certified member of the Athletic Equipment Managers Association (AEMA).
