BG Completes Sweep of Arkansas-Little Rock

Little Rock, AK - Len Matela's double-double led the Falcons to a 13-point road win and a season sweep of the home-and-home series with the Trojans.
The Falcons, leading by eight points (32-24) at the half, shot .550 from the floor in the second half en route to the victory.
Matela had 21 points and 11 rebounds to set game highs in both categories. Keith McLeod and Anthony Stacey each came off the bench to score in double digits with 14 and 13 points, respectively. Starter Dave Esterkamp's 10 points included a pair of three-pointers in as many attempts.
Laverne Smith had 18 points to lead three UALR players in double digits.
The Falcons outrebounded the host Trojans, 29-22, and held a 33-4 advantage in bench scoring. BGSU committed just eight turnovers, a season low, in the game.
