Two BGSU Soccer Players Earn All-Mideast Accolades

Bowling Green senior midfielder Chris Dore (Vermillion, OH/Lorain Catholic) was selected to the 1999 NSCAA/adidas All-Mideast First Team while junior back Fred Degand (Highland Park, IL/Deerfield) received Second-Team All-Mideast honors as announced by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/adidas All-America Committee.

Dore, who finished his career in sixth place on the Falcons all-time scoring chart with 75 points, earned second-team All-Mideast honors last season, while Degand was honored for the first time.
