Falcons Picked Second In Mac Preseason Coaches Poll

The Bowling Green State University men's soccer team was selected second by the Mid-American Conference men's soccer coaches in a preseason poll released by the MAC office today. The Falcons were picked to finish behind defending regular-season and MAC tournament champion Akron, who was a unanimous choice to repeat as conference champions.
The Falcons open the 1999 season on Wednesday, September 1 against Dayton at 5:00 p.m. on Mickey Cochrane field.
