Lopez-Acevedo, Gardonyi Compete In Toledo

TOLEDO, Ohio - A pair of Bowling Green State University men's tennis players competed at the Rocket Indoor Invitational over the weekend (Oct. 13-15). The tournament was held at the Laurel Hill Swim & Tennis Club in Toledo.

Sophomore Peter Gardonyi split his matches at the second singles flight, defeating an opponent from Xavier before losing to a foe from Michigan.

Classmate Micael Lopez-Acevedo went 1-2 at the top singles level, and the two teamed to compete at the top doubles flight, going 0-2.

BGSU will return to action this weekend (Oct. 20-22), heading to Michigan State for the Advantage Spartans Fall Invitational.
