The Bowling Green State University men's golf team is tied for 11th (of 13 schools) after the first day of the 2000 Legends of Indiana invitational being held in Franklin, Indiana.
Junior Brian Gerken (Napoleon, Ohio) was BG's top golfer on Monday firing rounds of 75 and 68 for a 36-hole total of 143. The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday at the Legends of Indiana Golf Course.
