Men's Soccer Falls In Exhibition

The Bowling Green State University men's soccer team had its exhibition record fall to 1-1 with a 3-2 setback to Tiffin University on Aug. 22 in BG.
Fred Degand (Highland Park, IL/Deerfield) scored both of BG's goals.
The Falcons will conclude the exhibition portion of their schedule on Sunday, Aug. 27 against Cincinnati. The match against the Bearcats will start at 5:30 p.m. on the men's soccer practice field.
The regular season begins on Sept. 2-3 when BG travels to Omaha, Nebraska, to participate in the Creighton University/Diadora Challenge. The Falcons face Southwest Missouri State on Saturday (Sept. 2), and host Creighton University on Sunday (Sept. 3).
BG's first home matches will be part of the BGSU Classic on Sept. 23-24. The other three teams participating in the Classic are Vanderbilt, Oakland and Ohio State.
