Men's Tennis Continues Action At Toledo Indoor

TOLEDO, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University men's tennis team continued action at the Birney Tennis Foundation/Rocket Indoor Saturday (Nov. 3). The tournament is being held at Laurel Hill Tennis Club.
In singles play, the Falcons saw two players qualify for the championship match in flight C. Junior Peter Gardonyi and senior Mike Kossoff each won Saturday matches to set up an all-BGSU final Sunday (Nov. 4) in that flight.
In doubles, the team of junior Geoff Hiscox and sophomore Joel Carney won a semifinal match to advance to Sunday's Flight A championship, while Kossoff and fellow senior Vitek Wild advanced to the final in Flight B.
BGSU's Sunday action at the Rocket Indoor will conclude the fall portion of the 2001-02 season for the Brown and Orange.
