Wednesday's Softball Twinbill Postponed

The softball doubleheader between Bowling Green State University and Cleveland State University, scheduled for Wednesday (March 28), has been postponed. The Falcons and Vikings will play a doubleheader on Thursday, April 12, in Cleveland.
The Wednesday twinbill was postponed because CSU's Viking Field is covered by several inches of snow. The two coaches agreed on the April 12 make-up date.
That rescheduled doubleheader is set to begin at 4:00 p.m. at Viking Field.
After Tuesday's (March 27) sweep of Toledo (7-1 and 9-1), the Falcons now prepare for a weekend series at Marshall. The teams are scheduled to play three games at the Dot Hicks Softball Field in Huntington, W.Va. Friday's (March 30) game, originally slated for a 6:00 p.m. start, has been changed to 4:00, and the teams are scheduled to play a Saturday (March 31) doubleheader at 1:00 p.m. BGSU and MU tied for the MAC's East Division title in 2000.
