BGSU Remains 7th After Day Two of MAC Championships

Westerville, Ohio - The Bowling Green men's golf team remained in seventh-place after day two of the Mid-American Conference Championships on Friday afternoon. After the second and third rounds at the Medallion Club in Westerville, Ohio, the Falcons have a team score of 906 (303-305-298).
Junior Adam Balls slipped from a tie for second after the first round to seventh after three complete rounds. Balls has carded a Falcon-best 220 after two days (71-74-75).
Other Falcons in the top-35 include Brian Gerken (T-27th, 229), Austin Chase (T-27th, 229), Craig Pickerel (31st, 230) and Justin Gillham (T-35th, 234). Chase moved from 40th place on Thursday up to 27th on Friday.
Toledo is leading the tournament with a score of 869 (289-293-287).
The 10-team tournament concludes on Saturday with one round.
