In game one neither team was able to gain more then a two point advantage until a 4-1 run gave OU a 18-15 lead. The Falcons got as close as 21-18 after a Samantha Rennau kill and an OU attack error, but OU closed out game one with a 5-2 run, capturing game one 30-25.

The Falcons rallied back to within two at 20-18 with the help of two Bobcat attack errors, before Ohio put together the final run of game two, ending with a 10-3 run, capturing game two 30-21.
BGSU (11-13, 3-7 MAC) came out determined in game three, racing out to a 15-9 lead after a Taylor Twite kill. OU put together a run of their own to get within one at 19-18. For the match Norris added her 17th double-double of the season with 17 kills and 14 digs, to go along with a .270 hitting percentage.
