BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - With a 90-81 victory at Ball State University Monday night, the Bowling Green State University men's basketball team advances to the quarterfinal round of the 2003 First Energy Mid-American Conference Tournament. The Falcons, the tourney's ninth seed, will play #1 seed Central Michigan University on Thursday (March 13), beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Gund Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
Tickets for BGSU's MAC Tournament Quarterfinal game vs. CMU will be on sale beginning Tuesday morning (March 11) at 9:00 a.m. at the BGSU athletic ticket office in Memorial Hall (Anderson Arena).
Tickets for the BGSU section at Gund Arena are $28 apiece. Additionally, 100 student tickets are available for $15 each. A ticket is good for Thursday's second two-game session at Gund, which will include the BGSU-CMU game at 7:00 p.m. as well as the game pitting #5 Western Michigan vs. #4 Northern Illinois, which will begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the BGSU-CMU contest.
