BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) - Josh Harris was a tidy 8-of-10 passing for 128 yards with a touchdown and also ran for two scores Saturday night as Bowling Green routed Liberty 62-3.
P.J. Pope ran for 162 yards and a touchdown and Raishaun Stover added 94 yards and TDs rushing and receiving for the Falcons (3-0), who gained 367 yards on the ground to 57 for the Flames (0-3).
Falcons backup quarterback Omar Jacobs was 10-of-15 for 180 yards with three passing touchdowns and one rushing.
Dre Barnes led Liberty with 34 yards on 11 carries, while five other ball carriers were held to 23 yards on 23 attempts.
Gus Condon was 6-of-16 for 106 yards for Liberty, which scored its only points on Scott Kivosky's 27-yard field goal in the second quarter.
Bowling Green scored three touchdowns in both the first and second quarters to take a 41-3 lead. Harris was responsible for the first-quarter TDs, with scoring runs of 1 and 3 yards and a 39-yard pass to Cole Magner.
Magner caught a 20-yard TD pass from Jacobs, who also had a 5-yard TD run and TD passes of 65 yards to Stover and 34 yards to Will Myles.
Pope ran 51 yards for a TD in the second. Stover had a 15-yard TD run in the fourth.
