KENT, Ohio (AP) - Bryan Bedford scored 20 points and Kent State rallied in the second half for its eighth straight win, 80-72 Saturday over Bowling Green.
Bedford made 4 of 8 attempts from 3-point range and Jason Edwin added 15 points for the Golden Flashes (18-3, 12-1 Mid-American Conference).
Cory Eyink led the Falcons (10-13, 6-7) with 20 points and was 4-of-6 from 3-point range. Steven Wright added 15 points.
Bowling Green (10-13, 6-7) led 35-31 at the half and was on top 58-51 with 10:10 left when Ron Lewis hit a 3-pointer.
Kent State, which hit 14 of 28 shots in the second half, closed the game on a 13-5 run after tying the score 67-all with about four minutes left.
