Falcon Golfers 8th After Day One

Citrus Springs, Fla. - The Bowling Green men's golf team sits in eighth place after day one of the El Diablo Intercollegiate, hosted by Marshall University in Citrus Springs, Fla. The Falcons have a team score of 613 after two rounds, just several points away from those in front of them.
Leading the charge is sophomore Adam Cordes with a score of 152 (77-75), good enough for a tie for 22nd place. Other Falcons competing are sophomore Heath Ziglar (T-30th, 153), senior Adam Balls (T-37th, 154), sophomore Tommy Lopez (T-40th, 155), and junior Craig Pickerel (T-71st, 161).
Eastern Kentucky leads the 17-team tournament with a two-round score of 592.
The final round of the tournament will be held on Sunday, March 21.
