Falcon women finish 7th at Bronco Invitational

The Bowling Green women's golf team finished 7th out of 9 teams at the Bronco Invitational in Kalamazoo, Mich. with a team score of 681. Host Western Michigan won the two-day event with a two-round score of 623.

BGSU shot rounds of 346 and 335. Senior Julie Wise led the Falcons with a score of 167 (85, 82) finishing 25th. Senior Jenny Schnipke tied for 35th (172), sophomore Amanda Schroeder and senior Kari Evans both tied for 38th (173), and freshman Kari Liggett finished tied for 41st (174).

The Falcons return to action this week when they travel to the EKU Spring Invitational, April 17-18, in Richmond, Kentucky.
