Falcons' Softball DH at Buffalo Postponed To Thursday

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University softball team's doubleheader at the University at Buffalo, originally scheduled for Wednesday (April 14), has been postponed to Thursday (April 15). The Mid-American Conference twinbill was moved back a day due to field conditions and an ominous weather forecast for Wednesday.
Weather permitting, the Falcons and Bulls will tangle in a 2:00 p.m. doubleheader Thursday at UB's Nan Harvey Field.
BGSU is 17-20 overall after Monday's doubleheader sweep of Oakland University, and the Falcons are 4-4 in MAC play. Buffalo is also at .500 in league action, with a 3-3 MAC record, and the Bulls will take a 12-15 overall mark into Thursday's games.
Following Thursday's twinbill in New York, the Falcons will return home for a three-game weekend series vs. Ball State University. BGSU will entertain the Cardinals for a Saturday (April 17) doubleheader and a Sunday (April 18) single game, with action beginning at 1:00 p.m. each day at the BGSU Softball Field.
