Richmond, Ky. - The Bowling Green women's golf team sits in ninth place after day two of the Eastern Kentucky Invitational, held in Richmond, Ky., with a team score of 670. Individually, senior Jenny Schnipke is tied for 20th place with a two-round score of 160 (75-85).
BGSU shot a team score of 341 on day two while shooting 329 on Thursday. Murray State leads the 15-team tournament with a score of 614.
Besides Schnipke, other Falcons competing are senior Kari Evans (T-46th, 167), freshman Kari Liggett (T-56th, 171), sophomore Amanda Schroeder (T-57th, 172), and senior Julie Wise (T-61st, 173).
The three-round EKU Invitational will conclude on Saturday, April 17 with one final round of 18 holes.
