Fred Thompson's Remarks on the game:
"This was the first time I was involved in an 11 goal game, I didn't expect this. This place is phenomenal and the weather was prefect."
"I was pleased with the attacking. This was the first game where we scored first. We were able to fight back which made things interesting."
"I was disappointed with the defending. Seven goals is wrong, however, those goal were well taken, I was displeased with the opportunities we gave them."
"Three goals were on breakaways and tree or four of the saves were on breakaways. We didn't have it in the back and the defense didn't fall back."
"We needed to step up pressure, nobody was willing to commit and I am not sure why we didn't want to."
On MAC Opener:
"We are going to work on defending and putting together a better package for Sunday. This is our MAC opener so it means more and we are going to need more energy to produce a more entertaining contest."
