Falcons Face Defeat At Ball State

MUNCIE, Indiana - Bowling Green lost their second meet of the weekend to Ball State, 186-113. The top swimmers for the Falcons included Caroline Keating, Kara Ohngren, and diver Carlyn Cusack who were all able to post first place finishes.
Caroline Keating placed first in the 1000 free (10:28.71), 100 free (54.02) and 500 free (5:06.04). Also swimming well was Kara Ohngren who took a first place finish in the 200 free with a time of 1:56.62. She also placed second in the 500 free with 5:07.75 as her finishing time.
Carlyn Cusack stepped it up for the Falcons with a first place finish in the one-meter diving and a second place finish in the three-meter diving competition with a score of 217.50.
The Falcons next meet will be on Friday Feb. 4 as they return home to take on Buffalo and Akron at 5 p.m.
