BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) - Martin Samarco scored 17 points and Bowling Green used a 17-0 run to pull away from Notre Dame College in an 81-50 win on Thursday night.
Steven Wright added 14 points, Erik Marschall scored 12 and Matt Lefeld had 11 for Bowling Green (4-6).
Jerome Pierce led Notre Dame College (7-10), an NAIA team, with 16 points and Kenny Burkes had 14.
Lefeld had seven points and Wright scored four in the 17-0 surge that gave Bowling Green a 35-19 lead with 34 seconds left in the first half. Keith Bowden's tip-in at the halftime buzzer gave Notre Dame College its first points in 7:34.
Bowling Green used an 11-0 run midway through the second half to build a 61-32 lead, with the 29-point advantage its largest to that point.
