Aldridge Earns Conference POW Honors

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Mid-American Conference announced Omari aldridge's selection as the Player of the Week for his offensive contributions to BGSU's successful weekend in which a 25 game winless streak dating back to the 2003 season was broken.
Aldridge scored one goal and had one assist in Friday's double overtime win over No. 11 Ohio State and scored twice in the Falcons 3-1 win over Saint Mary's College on Sunday afternoon. The senior has four goals in past three consecutive games and leads BGSU in scoring with four goals and two assists on 13 shots on goal.
Aldridge led the 2004 Falcons in goals (6) and total points (14) and shots on goals (17) while starting in 18 of the 19 games played.
The Coquicam, British Columbia native is majoring in finance and sports management.
